My 2021 closing coincided with the Feb freeze. I had moved out of the house and was living in Austin when I learned a pipe burst and needed repair before I could close with the Buyer. Fallon jumped in, quickly communicated with the buyer, has a great contact with a very reputable contractor, and everything was back in place and closed within 10 days.

Our 2023 purchase, Fallon went the extra mile assessing our budgets, locations, must-haves, and really went to bat for us in negotiations to find us a home we will be truly happy in for many years to come.
